Winsor & Newton Paint Comparision
After being fed up with the high price of paint in Australia I decided to compare and contrast Australian companies to find which one was offering the best deal. I choose Winsor and Newton paint because these were my preferred paints. In the excel document below I compare both online and 'bricks and mortar' Australian shops as well as some overseas shops with exchange rates calculated into the sheet as of 30/05/2011. If any other shops can be recommended or if there is a cheap shipping company that will help the calculation (shipping is the only calculation I left out because I couldn't do it simply) please email me. Otherwise hopefully this worksheet will be useful.
I've highlighted in purple both the cheapest Australian and foreign price.
Please also note that as a student I get a discount at some of these stores and this discount is calculated in. This should be easy to remove if you have to pay full price.
